What currency is being displayed?
- ALL prices are in CAD.
How does shipping work?
- Shipping is calculated at checkout and we do our absolute best to get the best rates possible.
- Products ship from our closest warehouses from around North America.
- *Please note* Although we do our best to avoid all additional fees, on the rare occasion customers may be responsible for any potential import duties/fees.
Is there sales tax?
As a Canadian based business you will notice that sales tax is applied at checkout however, if you ever need to return something, you won't have to worry about shipping it back across the border.
How long will it take for me to get my Solar Equipment?
- It really depends on where you're shipping your equipment, however we do our best to get you your order within 5-15 business days. We will send your tracking information as soon as we have it - generally within 3-5 business days. *If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you directly via e-mail.
How do I know you got my order?
- Once you submit your order, you will receive confirmation via email that we received it. This means your order is being processed and pre-authorized your card for the purchase. If your items are available, we will process the charges and send out your product.
Can I track my order?
- We will send your tracking information/number as soon as your order has left the warehouse to the e-mail we have on file. If you do not receive tracking information from us within three business days of your order, please feel free to reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if the product(s) arrive damaged?
- Always inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, please make note of it right away. If in the off chance your product arrived damaged, send photos to email@example.com and we will gladly help you out.
What if I need to cancel my order?
- If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us as we understand things change. That being said, if you order has shipped, you (the buyer) may be responsible for any return shipping charges. Refunds can only be issued to the original credit card that was used.
Can I return my order?
- As an authorized dealer of all the brands you find on Shop Solar Kits, we abide by and follow the return policies of all our manufacturers.
- If you'd like to return your order, please reach out to us as all returns must be accompanied by a valid RMA number.
- Return shipping is always the responsibility of the buyer and returns may be subject to a small restocking fee (max. 10%). To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, not previously installed and in the same condition that you received it.
- We have a Canadian returns location so you will NOT have to ship the items back to the USA.
What is the warranty?
- As an authorized retailer of all the brands found on Shop Solar Kits, you'll be glad to know you'll get the full manufacturers warranty on all our products.
